Leave Application Submission

​Unless it is an unforeseen circumstance, leave applications should be submitted by 1700 on the Tuesday prior to the home parade or activity.

If you are unable to submit your leave request using the form below, please email the Administration Officer at admino.412sqn@airforcecadets.gov.au with your rank, name and dates of your requested leave.

Select yes if you will attend part of an activity or parade night. If you will miss all of an activity or parade night select no.
If applicable, list the activity name and number of the activity you are applying for leave for.
